To join the waiting list please read the information below and then click on the ‘Join Waiting List’ button at the bottom of the page to complete our online form

STEP 1:

When you click on the ‘Join Waiting List‘ button at the bottom of the page a new screen will pop up which looks the same as the imaged displayed.

Click ‘Add to basket‘ and then click on the basket in the top right of the screen.

Then click ‘Proceed to checkout‘

PLEASE NOTE: You will not be asked for any card or bank details when joining the waiting list

STEP 2:

You will be taken to the ‘JoinIn Account‘ page, where you will be asked to sign in or create a new account.

Already have a JoinIn account:

If you already have a JoinIn account through a different club that you or your child attends, sign in using the same details.

Don’t have a JoinIn account:

If you do not already have a JoinIn account, click on the ‘Create account‘ button.

STEP 3: 

This step is only for those who need to create a JoinIn account

You will need to complete the form with YOUR details as the parent/guardian.

Then click the ‘Register‘ button

You will then be sent an email to verify the email address used for the account.

Once you have verified the email address click ‘Proceed to checkout‘ 

STEP 4:

You will now see the box ‘Who are you buying for‘

All the information that you enter from this stage on will relate to your child

Under where it says ‘Select a person‘, you will see your name, however it will be grey as you cannot select yourself.

You need to select ‘+ Add new person‘ and in the next pop up box enter your child’s name and date of birth, then click ‘Add‘.

Now select your child in the ‘Select a person‘ box and click ‘Continue‘ to complete the rest of the waiting list form.

Adding more than 1 child?

If you wish to add more then 1 child, you will need to complete the remainder of the waiting list form for the 1st child and then repeat the process for any additional children using the JoinIn account that you have just created.

Once the form has been submitted, a member of the team will approve it and and then your child will be added to the waiting list.

We will then be in contact as soon as we have a space available to offer your child a trial session.
